Frequently asked questions

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

Yes. Both the Trevinge C1 and C2 are dishwasher safe. Hand washing keeps the glaze looking new for longer.

Are the glazes food safe?

Yes. All glazes are lead-free and are tested by an independent laboratory once a year.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, for a minimum of 8 mugs in one glaze. Custom orders take about 6 weeks from confirmation.

Can I order a matching set?

Mugs from the same firing match most closely. Write "same firing" in the order note and we will pick them from one kiln load.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, digital gift cards from $25 to $200, valid for two years.

Why does my mug look different from the photo?

Every mug is thrown and glazed by hand, so color, speckling and size vary a little from piece to piece.
